Harris Wood (formerly Tarkett)

Tarkett Wood is now Harris. Since 1898, Harris has been manufacturing hardwood flooring with a commitment to quality materials and precise craftmanship. The legacy of Harris Wood, an American company founded on traditional customer service, is proud to return to its origins in Johnson City, TN.

The 2008 Harris Wood collection includes products in an array of colors, finishes, widths, and textures across multiple wood species. As a full-line, domestic hardwood flooring supplier, Harris is proud to return to the tradition of excellence on which it was founded.

Harris Wood's enhanced urethane finish protects the beauty of your floor, even in high traffic areas. Choose between gloss, semi-gloss, satin and matte finishes to achieve the look that's right for you. Fine aluminum oxide granules are suspended in urethane, factory applied an UV cured for a finish ten times more abrasion-resistant than traditional sand-and-finish polyurethane. Able to endure the most repetitive use, Alumide ensures that your investment in a beautiful Harris real wood will reap rewards for years to come.
